Title: Sauced Cherry Tomatoes

Yield: 1 Recipe

  Cherry Tomatoes
  Vodka
  Kosher salt

Put tomatoes in boiling water for about 2 - 3 minutes, remove to an ice bath. Remove peel. Put in shallow bowl and fill about half way up the tomatoes with vodka. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Drain. Roll in kosher salt. Stick each with a toothpick and serve.
